A localização

Foi um péssimo atendimento.... o nosso voo atrasou se, houve obras na autoestrada para ir para hotel e não houve compreensão. Pois chegamos tarde para fazer check in. E por consequência, tivemos de pagar um custo extra de 10 € por casa hora. De facto, depois da meia noite é natural, mas chegamos a 1h05, sendo que cobraram a primeira hora e uma segunda por cinco minutos. Não é aceitável! O recepcionista não foi nada compreensivo e até antipática! Também o quarta não vale o valor pago. É antiquado e a casa banho pouco prática!

L'unica cosa positiva il signore alla reception, simpatico e disponibile.

Inizialmente ho chiesto di poter fare il check-in anticipato e mi è stato chiesto un pagamento di 10 euro all'ora o frazione di ora, la struttura è datata, camera piccola, bagno con muffa alle pareti e porta a soffietto estremamente traballante, Kit di cortesia inesistente. Unica nota positiva per il signore alla reception, simpatico e molto disponibile.
