Fantastic location and wonderful staff. Beautiful gardens very close to the sea. Great food.

Beds probably need an upgrade

Location is very close to the centre and very good restaurants. Staff is very friendly and really helpful.

Breakfasts are very simple, rooms are a but disappointing and would deserve some upgrades.

The location was nice, very busy with traffic when out walking . It was spotless clean.

Work was going on it was very noisy .the room you could hear everything in the next rooms. Breakfast was very basic. The reception said we needed swim cap's in the pools, but we saw only one person with them! We were checked out by the breakfast waiter who forgot to give us our passports, which when we realised we were on the train to Rome . Thank goodness for the owner of the room in Rome who sorted them out for us.

It was nestled on a lovely hillside a short ten minute walk to the town center and the ocean. It had both outdoor and indoor thermal pools. The grounds were well manicured and cared for, with lovely olive, orange and lemon trees. Of special note were the concierge and head waiter of the in-house restaurant. Both were exceedingly helpful, had helpful suggestions and were both multilingual.

There was nothing to dislike.

The receptionist was an amazing and welcoming gentleman ! The dinner and the breakfast was spectacular as well as the waiters! Bath was also charming.

The room should have a little renovation it gives a retro vibe, but all in all it is a good experience.

The receptionist were really lovely a man and a woman made everything to accommodate us family of 5. They were both really nice. The cleaning lady was very friendly too.

There was a man Called Donato at the bar and pool area Super rude to my 8 years old closed a door in her face and did not let her pass the day before I asked him for 5 towels as we were going to use the pool and he asked me why I need 5 towels when I was only one person and he refused to give me the towels the lady at the reception brought the towels with a baby in her hands in my opinion that Donato needs to be fired and get a job in the jungle as he does not know how to treat guess. He was also saying rude words. I totally lost my cool when he did that to my 8 years old daughter. And will never return to that hotel in my life and definitely because of him will not recommend it either

Everything was amazing from arrival till departure. We loved the place, the food and we would like to give special thanks to recepcionist (the guy with blue shirt). He gave us many advises where to go, how to go and was really friendly! Thank you! Also special thanks to our favorite waiter (he knows) when we did not like sea food or other food he provided us with another meal - always with smile on his face. We will comeback for sure!
