Domus Hotel

It was very spacious, close to the train station, comfortable bed. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was very good.

There was a small tiny bug in the bed when I noticed when I added the extra pillow. The bathroom was very outdated. The drain was full of hair. The splash guard was purposeful. The water taps were very unstable we had to play with the faucet constantly to not burn or freeze in the shower. The balcony I paid extra for we couldn’t go out because of the wind was too unsafe. They were doing construction in the next room until dinner time. We were locked out of the hotel at one point too.

Posizione strategica 👍 vicinissima al centro!!

Servizio accoglienza inesistente forzativo e poco cortese!! Assegnazione della camera diversa da quella realmente prenotata!!! Nessuna sicurezza per gli animali fili scoperti e prese fuori dal muro tapparelle con sistema di tiraggio rotto e malfunzionante !! Capelli in bagno !! E federe macchiate!! In Italia vedere ancora queste disattenzioni è mortificante!!! Spero rivedano tutto quello elencato !! Soprattutto per la sicurezza degli animali la cosa più importante!!!

The location, the breakfast is valuable for money. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The only thing that needs to change is the shower 🚿 handle. It was leaking.

Vieille chambre, ne correspond absolument pas à la photo sur Booking , déjeuner lamentable, fromage sec et dur, etc

Empfang an der Bar, Medikamente die auf dem Tisch rumliegen, Bad nicht sauber, Schimmel in den Ecken, kein WC-Papier mussten wir Nachfragen usw.
