This has been the loveliest hotel I’ve been to in a long time. A welcoming hotel which made our holiday relaxing. The reception staff are lovely. The room was spacious with beautiful views and very quiet. The cleaning staff were very friendly and kept the hotel and rooms very clean and tidy. The pools are beautiful with a choice of four with different vibes. We were able to hire and e-bike for a day of sightseeing in the neighbouring towns. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will hope to be back to Bardolino for a third time very soon.

CHCHEs war eine wunderschöne, entspannte Woche. Jederzeit wieder
Die Armatur im Badezimmer war sehr schlecht zu händeln. Ich habe das an der Reception gemeldet. Es wurde umgehend was gemacht. Leider immer noch nicht gut. Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

PL+ good location + the personnel (except for the restaurant manager) very friendly and helpful + as a hotel guest, you can use bikes to get to the city center, go for a ride + very big bed and you can choose from different types of pillows + nice pools and garden to spend time in + spacious room + breakfast really good with nice variety of gluten-free options (even sugar-free were there) +++ we were leaving in the evening and could use pools, bikes till the evening, and what is more they offered us a special guest room to take a shower and change clothes
- no kettle in the room, I asked for one and did not get one - there was a bag in the room so you can pack your stuff and go to the pool, found there trash of previous guests - the shower shall be better cleaned - over my head there were black traces of mold
