Fabulous location, every detail was perfect.

Great breakfast. Very accommodating staff. There really are only two hotel options in Monte San Savino. This one within the city wall, and another one outside.

Booking.com doesn't cover the city tax, so be prepared to pay this surprise tax.

The location and history of the property were fabulous. The breakfast room was full of history and without a doubt was interesting place to enjoy breakfast. The owner/staffer was generous in thought and service mentality.

The bed could have been more comfortable. Many lights were out in the bathroom which made getting ready more challenging. All in all it was fine for the price. Breakfast was average quality but certainly filling.

The manager - Iuri is the best. Excellent breakfast as well.

We had a late flight, which additionally was delayed - the owner waited for us (around midnight) to have a check in; very good communication with the owner, perfect location, no private parking, but no problem to park a car on free public parking spaces in the town in a short walking distance; clean and spacious room

nothing serious, maybe breakfast might be a little bit better (actually only pastries), rooms are quite old-fashioned

Mostly everything was great. I was there for my brother’s wedding. It’s a quiet town with few tourists. The staff, Yuri and Jessie were great! It has an old town hall with very old jail cells upstairs, very interesting.

The only problem I had was that the shower door leaked water on the floor. I just put a towel down.
