Il personale è gentile e disponibile, mi hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in, tenendomelo custodito. La colazione davvero buona ed abbondante. Nota dolente!!!: alla mia osservazione/contestazione per non aver ricevuto la stanza prenotata, il proprietario/gestore non si è fatto vedere o sentire per risolvere l'inconveniente, lasciando il personale nella situazione di grosso imbarazzo.

Sulla prenotazione fatta tramite Booking avevo bloccato una stanza, con balcone e vista mare. Mi è stata data una stanza con vista su un vicolo cieco e di fronte un altro Hotel con il suo prospetto a poca distanza dove c'erano tutti i balconi ei i vecchietti che vi alloggiavano :-(. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e preteso quanto prenotato ma non è valso a nulla.
