The location was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Whilst the pictures look stunning the property did not match expectations. Despite booking a pool view or garden view the room provided over looked a construction site and car park. The sockets were out of the wall, the TV did not work, the toilet did not flush properly and the shower was extremely small. The property shows multiple pools and offers a “pool view” but this is for decorative purposes only and the pool cannot be used by guests. This is not advertised clearly enough. This venue is for events, the hotel party went on until midnight with attendees making noise outside rooms until 3am. Whilst this looks like a lovely party venue, I would not recommend this for vacation or overnight travelling stops.

Staff helpful. We left our bag in foyer containing valuables and it was returned to us. Very grateful.
