Atendimento, tamanho do quarto e banheiro, roupas de cama, localização, café da manhã.

Toalhas puídas e com furos. Ralo do banheiro um pouco entupido (água do banho demorava a escoar). Esqueceram de tirar o lixo do hóspede anterior.
