Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber o.k. und sauber, das Bad war renoviert. Gute Lage oberhalb von St. Peter Port, an einer befahrenen Strasse gelegen

The hotel was in a good location, easy to reach by public transport, and it was affordable. The room was clean, and the facilities were as advertised.

The hotel as a whole looked a little tired, but otherwise it was all right.

Établissement propre et agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et serviable : c'est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner, bien fourni et diversifié, peut contenter tous les goûts.

Du fait de la tempête il y a eu des changements de dernière minute et on nous a attribué une chambre déjà réservée donc on a un peu perturbé une hôte. Ce n'est qu'un petit incident.

The friendly staff,willing to assist when help is needed.

The bed soft and comfy. Plenty of tea and milk etc. The food was very good at breakfast. The pub/restaurant was very good value with a lot of choice. There were a couple of lounges if you want to rest, read, play cards. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool was very cold at the end of April.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very homey feel. Loved the neighborhood vibe of the bar and learning the history of the building -- German HQ during WW2 occupation of the islands.

A bit of a trek uphill from town, but on a bus route, so no problem.

Très bon accueil, toute l equipe etait au petit soin. Super petit déjeuner et dîner.
