Loved the view of the mountains. Loved the food and the staff at the restaurants. Both food and staff at restaurants are second to none. Loved the interior design, walking around the hotel every room and space is absolutely perfect and unique.

The Therme is naked, which is enforced by staff. We likely wouldn't have come if we knew this. It wasn't even people being modest with a towel around them, literally everyone walking around fully naked. Big culture shock and made it that we then did not use the areas as it was too much for us. The only area we could use was the 2 swimming pools. The infinity was amazing, however it does not have direct access to indoor. So if like us you go in winter you have to jump out of a beautiful 30 degree water, soaking wet in minus 5.5 degrees to get inside again. The spa next to the infinity was drained and not on while we were there. The inside pool temperature was having issues with the temperature. You do not have control over your room temperature. It was far too hot for us, which made us both have bad sleeps. The toiletries were not good. I have never been to a hotel where they only provide you a mix of shampoo and conditioner - the one men use. As a female with long hair, I need a good conditioner. I was shocked at a place that costs this much I need to bring my own. I stay at hotels across the world regularly and have never had this issue before. When we first checked in they offered us a sparkling wine, which we said yes to. They brought it out with a warm towel. A welcome drink is VERY normal for a resort of this level. To our shock when we checked out we were charged for the welcome drink!! I don't even know if this is legal in Italy? It definitely wouldn't be in my home. If you're going to charge for something the person needs to be aware of the price before consuming. It was a slap in the face for the price we already paid for the room and to be offered the drink on check in and without being told we would pay if we said yes, this is unacceptable and made us leave with a bad taste in our mouth.

the smell of fresh wood and the cozy environment and facilities are amazing

the skypool were amazing but was hopping it was 3-4 degrees warmer to enjoy the experience with the cold weather

The spa is amazing. The meals are just fantastic.

The sound isolation of the rooms wasn’t perfect.
