Friendly staff that made me feel at home, excellent serving staff in Bar/Restaurant.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean. Walking distance to Stow.

Restaurant and pub. Dark atmosphere. food plain. Not much variety.

The staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast.

The rooms are somewhat tired but overall we enjoyed our stay.

There are many nice seating areas on the ground floor. The staff person at check out was awesome.

I had mixed experience with staff. The person at check in was frustrating over my internet difficulties, The information was not sufficient. They should hand you the wifi password on paper at check in. Wifi is the first thing you want and no one should have to walk up and down all those stairs multiple times to get it going, The passwqrd is in a folder in room that I could not find. Two trips down and desk clerk just told me code and did not make spelling clear. The food was not as good as I expected. I was there in a heat wave, and the room was ridiculously hot. It is possible that my review is excessively negative due to heat,
