Excellent location, decent sized rooms, friendly and well behaved staff.

Hot water availability was sporadic, zero amenities in the room, toilet was stinky.

The location is excellent. It is very close to Assi ghat. There is a nearby market and several food joints.

There were some shortcomings that we noticed. I think the number of staff in the hotel is less than expected. We booked two rooms: one was Deluxe Double Room and the other one was Budget Double Room. The Deluxe room was spacious. However, the budget room was relatively small. The budget room had several problems. One of the ones we experienced was that on two mornings, there was no water to flush the commode. After we complained for the first time, it was taken care of. However, the problem resurfaced again. Although the time we visited (Nov 8-11), the AC was not needed most of the time, the primary power connection to the AC in both of the rooms was switched off by the authority. Another thing was that the complimentary water bottles were provided only when we requested them. I also think the rooms were overpriced. The hotel is supposed to be a 3-star hotel. But the rooms do not match that standard in my opinion.
