I received a call from the provided number that the accommodation isn't available there and was provided an alternative hotel. I received the call while I was on the way, so I didn't have a choice. The amenities mentioned in the Buddha hotel weren't proved. Booking.com should take steps in verification.

Nothing to say like , hotel is very bad condition

No Care taker nor manager available , service of hotel is very poor.

Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are OL.

Geyser at bathroom not working in 5° temp. No backup for loadsheding for hours. Very poorly staffed. Not seemed like hotel. No service at all but charged 11% Service charge. Miss Puja of Booking.com was only interested in money but no information or no help.She rang 10 times to pay full amount of hotel rent in advance.Pl do not offer this kind of hotel where it is nearly impossible for elderly persons to enter the hotel... so steep are the stairs.

upkeep.There is no health faucet.Flooring was loose and making lot of noise while walking.The stairs are too steep and I could not take the stairs.
