Indoor Pool Hours: - Adults (16+): 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM - Kids: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with adult supervision) Outdoor Pool Hours: - Adults (16+): 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM - Kids: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with adult supervision)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. ليس بغريب على فندق حياه عمان الخدمة الراقية والمطلوب توفرها في أي فندق خمس نجوم ابتداء من رأس الهرم الأستاذ/ علي عمايره و الاستقبال وجميع العاملين فى الاستقبال واللوانج ومطعم الإفطار  الاستاذ / سائد و خدمة الغرف و الكونسيرج ونظافة الغرف.

Location

Rooms where not clean and room service was poor There was some insects in the bathroom coming out of the bath tub Bathroom was not cleaned properly everyday and amanities were restocked at all. The bed sheets did not get changed for the whole stay . Lobby service was poor. Coffee was terrible tasting
