Grand Hyatt Amman

أقمت في فندق حياة وكانت تجربة غير مرضية. الغرفة تفتقر لكثير من الأساسيات، والمرافق خصوصًا الحمام لم تكن بمستوى جيد. لم أشعر بالراحة إطلاقًا، ولن أكرر الزيارة.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Amman in December 2025 and January 2026. We stayed here twice in a span of few days while travelling throughout Jordan. The rooms were very comfortable, and the overall experience was good. A heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Ahmed and Shadi, who kept our room spotless every day. it was always a pleasure to come back to such a clean and well-maintained space. We would also like to acknowledge Hassan Quasai and Waleed at reception for their professionalism and willingness to help at all times. Even though we may not remember everyone’s names, the entire reception team was fantastic. A special mention as well to the gentleman welcoming guests with dates and coffee . It was such a warm and thoughtful touch. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. A big thank you to Hamza, Khaled, Sami, Ali, Ahmed Domara, and Mohamed Abdelhadi. Their service was exceptional. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, the hospitality and warmth of the staff truly made our stay special. Thank you ! Didn't have espresso machine in the room

Location central. Excellent variety of breakfast

The room was to warm. Air conditioning was not working. Even the fan setting was warm. The bathrooms are old. The hairdryer was not working and had to be changed.
