目的地から一番近かったので選びました。

設備がイマイチ。個室の雰囲気が病院の個室のようでした。 2人利用で予約していたのにアメニティ､枕が1人分しか用意されておらず、ショックでした。 ただ値段相応ですね…。

Le quartier est particulièrement inhospitalier. Mais le personnel est très serviable, les onsens sont très agréable, l'ambiance typique, quoiqu'il y ait un peu trop de monde.

Les chambres très exiguës.

ホテルの従業員の方の対応が丁寧で良かったです。

給水制限のある地域の方にお風呂を無料開放しているとお話がありましたが20時過ぎると洗い場を使用するのも並ばなければならない程でした。せっかくお金を支払い泊まりに来ていたので無料開放の時間をもう少し遅くする、洗い場は宿泊者用と分ける等の配慮があっても良いかと思いました。
