HIZ HOTEL Kyoto-Nijo Castle

Nice staff Good location

Air was smelling acid sweat even if we opened the window. Not clean enough (bed and shower ok), no of dust. Curtain had to be rolled up manually because it was broken. Noise from downstairs neighbors, floor was shacking from their steps. Toilets leaked twice but the hotel doesn’t know where it comes from. Few items in the kitchen.

Nous avons pu avoir la chambre plus tôt que prévu et la communication avec le personnel est top. À côté de la gare et de supérette.

Très mal insonorisé, un peu loin du centre.

Chambre spacieuse pour deux personnes, machine à laver disponible et possibilité de faire sécher le linge dans la salle de bain. Situation calme

Les stores ne sont pas occultant et on est réveillés par le soleil (qui se lève tôt :-) )

荷物を早くに預かって貰えました。 また、1泊でしたが洗濯、乾燥も出来て良かったです！ 簡易椅子も数脚用意されて、部屋で簡単にご飯が食べられたのも良かったです。

バス、トイレは清潔でしたが、トイレホルダーが取れた穴が数箇所空いていて、出来ればそこは塞いであると見た目が良かったかもしれません。

おそらく、アパートをホテルに変えているので、基本設備が多い。お風呂（テレビ、浴室乾燥付）、冷蔵庫（かなり冷えてる）、キッチン、洗濯機があり、連泊してる人にはとても良いと思う。

チェックイン前に荷物だけ預けたが、スタッフが日本語が通じず困った。
