HIZ HOTEL Kyoto-Nijo Castle

Great value for money in a quiet area of Kyoto. Easy to walk to public transport or more lively areas for food. Self check-in was easy and if you come by car there are loads of car parks around the area which was great.

Floors are thin so you can hear the steps of those on the floor above.

Staff was very nice

There was overwhelming smell of previous tenants cooking, it was very bad in my unit. I ended ip staying only one night instead of 4 due to this.

Locatie is echt super en fijn dat je een wasmachine hebt. Douche en bedden waren goed.

Geen schone handdoeken tijdens ons gehele verblijf (3 nachten) en de prullenbakken werden niet geleegd. Bleek dat we daarom hadden kunne vragen echter zijn we daar niet over geïnformeerd.

Mal isolé et plutôt bruyant pendant notre séjour. Taille de la cuisine. Peu de rangement pour les affaires.

Понравилось расположение. Разрешили заселиться пораньше, так как номер был свободен.

Уборки не было, даже не выносили мусор, хотя ведерки для мусора маленькие и быстро наполнялись. В коридоре возле номеров стояли пакеты с мусором, грязная посуда и никто это не убирал.
