Tile floor is very cold

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. I believe there is only the ground level on which there are rooms but it was very calm. Also I felt safe as a woman travelling alone.

Everything was perfect.

Neat modernized look with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Good location next to the park and many restaurants. 25 minutes ride on a bus from hakodate train and center

Really small bathroom, and the window is too high

Travelled with 2 friends and was a great price to have a room each. Rooms had everything you needed and were very clean. Staff were also very friendly. Location was great, very close to many attractions and tram lines.

You can get quite a bit of noise from the hallway but was only an issue if the other guests are loud, was fine majority of the time.

Great location. Reasonable price and comfortable rooms. The place is located near some goryokaku park and tower. It's easier to find trams and buses to other attractions within a few steps.

Breakfast was too simple with only bread and butter.
