An exceptional experience - many thanks to Hide, Celile and team. The ISANA is in a great location on the Jogasaki coast, overlooking the ocean and close to many local attractions. We felt that we had stepped into a different world where we were made to feel very welcome and special. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding - an original, creative and mouth-watering fusion of Japanese and French cuisine. All guests were provided with kimonos to wear at meals, which created a real sense of occasion. Judging by the Michelin Guide criteria, one feels that it is only a matter of time before Hide and team are awarded Michelin stars, if not already.

Nous avons adoré le onsen privé ainsi que le onsen de l'hôtel qui est privatisable. Certainement le plus beau que nous ayons eu au Japon. Les repas sont délicieux, notamment le petit déjeuner. Futons confortables et personnel très accueillant. Très bel environnement et calme ! Super rapport qualité prix

Very thoughtful service, genuinely helpful staff, beautiful rooms and delicious meals. We spent two nights here after a very busy few weeks of running around, exploring Japan and desperately needed the rest and relaxation we got here. We had a great time!

There wasn’t much we didn’t enjoy! We didn’t have a car and it’s a little far to other things but we had some nice walks around town and enjoyed the scenery! A lot of things are closed on Thursdays apparently too!

Понравилось все, очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Мы почувствовали себя окруженными заботой. Очень удобный, просторный и красивый номер, онсен в номере был прекрасен, мы по настоящему отдохнули и расслабились. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными, ужин был невероятным, мы попробовали столько новых вкусов для себя, спасибо Шефу. Отель располагается в очень живописном месте, мы наслаждались каждой минутой нашего пребывания.

Innen ein sehr schönes Haus mit gemütlichen Zimmern. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe und Herzblut gemacht. In der Früh gab es ein tolles japanisches Frühstück und am Abend ein hervorragendes 6 Gang Menü. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedes Zimmer hat ein privates Onsen. Am letzten Tag wurden wir zur Bahn gebracht. Es waren sehr schöne Tage und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
