Welcome and service were not great. Nobody available at 8:30 to help us get a taxi, and generally not very nice service. Room was ok.

Lots of space, massive beds, big room. Comfy bed and pillows. Large bathroom with shower and private bath (hot spring water) Yukata and toiletries provided.

Although there was a kettle there were no hot drinks cups or any tea/coffee provided but this is a minor thing.

Nice place and quiet . But need to take car to get to onsen area.

I can see the sun set from my room and the room is big however it is a pity that there is no meal service at the hotel

Large room. Not so expensive as compared to other surrounding hotels. About five-minute drive to Gero Centre where you can find a few 24 hours convenient stores. With free parking, it's a very convenient place when you've got a car.

The onsen in the bathroom is not so good. The hot spring water dripped slowly and is not that hot. You need to add in hot tap water. We visited the public onsen in Gero the next day.
