部屋全て汚い！シャワー洗面台ゴミ詰まりで逆流！シャワー使えなかった!大浴場時間制限あるので入れない！

NZ自然な中にあるとても綺麗なホテルでした。取った部屋は、ゆとりのあるゆったりした部屋でしたので、ゆっくりすることが出来ました。
メインテナンスが、行き届いてなかったかなと思いました。
ZWI get the sense this Hotel is not doing well financially, it appeared run-down and seems upkeep is bad as the overall facade wasn't great, the gardens outside the entrance weren't kept well, the neighbouring Golf Course which from Google pics looked like it was amazing once upon a time is also being torn down, so everything just seemed to be deteriorating. It was extremely pricey for it's value. The bed's "duvet" was a bed throw, not a duvet, the pillows were small and hard as heck, the carpets throughout the halls and room were stained and very aged. They also don't do a cleaning service if you stay for more than 1 night, so our room wasn't cleaned daily, which isn't great. Breakfast included was very limited, and not a great amount of food, there was a small bowl of egg and ham, some dumplings, and a bowl of miso and rice that wasn't amazing, had to fill up on the toast and jam. No options other than that for breakfast either...

風呂とトイレが汚い!!風呂は大浴場行けばいいけど、トイレは肝心(ー_ー;) 便器の中は特に。便座にカバーが欲しかった。

トイレにはウオシュレットを備えて欲しい ビールは美味しくなかった
JPJP大多喜城ゴルフ倶楽部でのゴルフのために前泊しました。ゴルフ場までタクシーで3700円(早朝の割増料金800円を含む)でした。
