"Not at all value for money."

Location is great.

The checkout time mentioned at the site is 11 am, however the staff called me at 10 asking if I want to extend my stay and when I refused, they said okay I must checkout by 10:30 as they have other guests coming. The bedsheet in the room had cigarette burns, the mattress is not at all comfortable, and there are tiny cockroaches and insects all over the room. Not at all value for money. The only good thing is the location.

Lift was not working. Shabby room. In a backstreet. No drinking water. A/c was not working. Room was not ready for check in and had to wait at the lobby for at least on hour. No lobby per se just a stinking sofa. Room boys were rude. Horrible. Will never go to the same hotel again.
