Ne-a plăcut mult locația, mâncare foarte bună, curățenie. Personal super drăguț…ne-au lăsat să rămânem în hotel și după check out.

Jedzenie- podane w wyszukany sposób ale smak przeciętny i małe porcje - przerost formy nad treścią. Bardzo ciasny mały parking- personel przestawia auta żeby inne mogły wyjechać. Personel jadalni i baru - nie ma poziomie - przyjeżdżamy odpocząć a nie słuchać narzekań i sporów personelu. Słabe wygluszenie- słychać gości i telewizor z pokojów obok i windę. Bar czynny tylko do 16tej, basen dopiero po 15tej. Byłam w tym hotelu lata temu- miał wtedy dodatkowy parking, była możliwość skorzystania z masażu a jedzenie było elegancko podane i po prostu dobre a obsługa na poziomie. Rozczarowałam się...

Despite the very high rating (9+) on Booking and numerous “best boutique hotel” awards, this hotel turned out to be almost the complete opposite of what one would expect. It does not feel like a boutique hotel at all. Rather, it resembles a modest, inexpensive family-run hotel. The interior is clearly outdated. The lobby design looks old-fashioned, with stone tiles on the floor that might once have added some “Alpine charm,” but in reality they make rolling suitcases extremely uncomfortable. The entire lobby constantly smells of food from the breakfasts and dinners that are served and sold on-site, which is not very pleasant. The room itself did not feel like a hotel room either — it was more like a short-term rental apartment. Everything was quite basic and visibly worn. However, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. Upon check-in, the trash had not been taken out, there were hairs everywhere, including wardrobe. The armchair also had visible traces of old chewing gum stuck to it. In addition, the sink drain was broken — water was leaking directly onto the floor. Because of late arrival, there was no opportunity to change the room that night. However, after this experience, there was absolutely no desire to stay for the rest days. Even though the reservation was non-refundable, I decided to leave the next day. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund even a small part of the prepaid stay. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its ratings or awards, and the experience was very disappointing.
