the location, it's easy to get to everywhere, it's in the middle of Tenjin and Hakata station, you can walk to both destination in 15 mins.

the washing machine doesn't smell good and the window is dusty.

Due to language difference, had some trouble interpreting instructions to enter the building. But was able to troubleshoot within 15 minutes to get to my room
