Hotel is new and paint look and feel was ok

Wifi is available only at reception, no router present in or outside rooms. Even mobile network is bad in rooms can't use data also. Bathroom was not clean, bucket was yukk. Small window in room without mosquito net and just above their kitchen. Which means you can't open window at all. I tried to sleep in afternoon and they started cleaning their utensils and made so much of noise that i couldn't sleep properly. Bedsheet was with a cigarette burnt hole and when i asked for extra bedheet they gave me one with died insects in it ants and flies. Totally horrible. I asked them if brkfast will be available by 9 am in morning as i need to catch flight after that they said yes and in morning they said cook will come at 11 only. I had to find some other food stall and wasted my time for that. They didn't give a water bottle which every hotel does at checkin. When I asked for so they charged me for 2 bottles when i took only one. Then on asking them they gace it for free. Mosquitoes everywhere in hotel and in rooms also. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone at all. I found 7 rating and booked it. It doesn't deserve more than 2 rating.
