Hotel Park Residency Kozhencherry

No body answered WhatsApp call. Room was reserved but not the room I wanted. Checked in very late. So they gave good rooms to others. Then what is the point of booking the room early enough? Next to the main lobby where everyone sitting and office staffs are there all the time. They only have fes rooms. No elevator to second and third floor. Smell of cigarettes in a non smoking room .

This hotel is my forst choice in Kozhenchery. They have a great restaurant attached to it.

The rooms were kinda clean, the wait staff was polite.

The F&B service was abysmal when it came to the actual order taking and delivery of the ordered food at the lobby restaurant. The staff was courteous and polite but had no clue what was going on. The missed on orders, forget to bring orders among other things. The management seemed disinterested in everything that was going on. The junior staff was sent to delivery any even slightly negative news when it should be done by the manager. Also, no housekeeeping service was provided and no tissues in the room.
