My wife and l have just returned from a glorious fortnight's holiday in this lovely & delightfully located hotel. We knew we were on to a great holiday from the beginning, a warm welcome from Christian, the manager, outside of the hotel, as he met us from the coach, called us by name and escorted us into the reception. The equally lovely welcome from Lara, who checked us in to our super clean, sea view room which faced west and afforded us a wonderful sunset, every evening around 21:00 hours. Lara dealt with our check in, with a professional and cheerful manner. In fact we would discover during our holiday that all of the staff we encountered were warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The cleanliness is of a high standard in all areas. The breakfast team provided an excellent service, with many good quality selections, sadly we didn't come to know the names of all the staff, but they were all very good at their respective roles. The es bruc restaurant terrace was a great spot to enjoy an on the beach dining experience, with a natural lightshow each evening! We plan to return as soon as possible, but sadly not soon enough, (a potential house move, may interfere with our aspirations) A massive thank you to you all for making our holiday super special!
