Hotel Adriana

rooms are extremely small we had a room with 2 beds ,, and you can barely turn around in the room . we had a dirty room ( found a used cotton ball inside the bed . looked like it was used to remove makeup ) the bathroom was also small with a pillar in the corner which made it almost possible to use we asked for a different room which was not much better but since we already paid for 3 days we toughed it out WE WILL NOT BE BACK

I spent two nights at the Hotel Adriana, a three and not four star hotel as they claim. I requested a quiet room but the one they gave me for the first night was not quiet at all so I requested a change for the second night. It was better but I realized that they lack standards, like one related to the kind and number of towels that every room must have. The same happens with lighting: some rooms have a bed lamp. Some others don’t. In one of the rooms I found hairs in the shower. Price is quite reasonable.The hotel has an underground parking and is located in downtown, with shops and restaurants all around. Food is simple but acceptable and also with reasonable prices. Staff is ok.

My wife and I stayed there for two nights. If you book on the hotel website its half the price of a booking via booking.com. We discovered this when we checked in. We asked to see the manager and was finally refunded half our money. I think this hotel is running a scam via booking.com where they get the double amount from tourists via booking sites. The food was horrible and our food order was wrong. We did not eat there again. -- The WiFi did not work in any location in the hotel. We were given three different passwords for the WiFi, none of which worked. It was just a trick as in fact there was no WiFi connection whatsoever. Staff seemed generally disinterested. There was a lot of resistance to us asking for the money back but we pushed on and called their bluff. Cable t.v. was good and the hotel was to a reasonable standard. Not recommended due to the duplicitous nature of this hotel.

Hotel Adriana is located in the heart of Parral. Everything is close. The hotel is older and somewhat worn but at the same time it gives it some charm. I stayed in a small suite facing the main business street in Parral. During the daytime it can be somewhat noisy but at night it all calms down. The personnel is friendly and service minded. There is a restaurant next to the lobby which is convenient. On my next visit to Parral I will return to Hotel Adriana.
