Henkilökunnan kielitaidossa ja asiakaspalveluasenteessa rutkasti parantamista. Ennalta sopimaamme vauvansänkyä ei ollut huoneessa, ja sen laittaminen sinne tuntui olevan "turhauttavaa työtä"..

Snídaně výtečná, dokonce s možnosti doobědnat teplou kuchyni přímo na míru. Hotel je přímo v centru, ale naprostý klid.
