The cleaning staff came every morning at 9am and opened the door without even knocking. We had already told at the reception that we dont't need cleaning but still they came in morning and opened the door. Even on the day of the checkout, they came 1 hour before the checkout time and directly opened the door.

Dated decor. No water bottles provided and minimal amenities. Have to pay for luggage keeping after check out.

Personnel aimable et accueillant. Emplacement exceptionnel pour admirer le Mont Fuji. Le beau temps était au rdv. Une petite ville accueillante aussi. Si c'est à refaire se sera sans aucune hésitation...

"Nice & Functional Hotel near Mount Fuji"

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kawaguchiko station and bus terminal – easy to travel to local attractions. Mount Fuji view in front of hotel. Polite and friendly staff, helpful on queries to local transportation and attractions queries. Gift of postcard from hotel. Some dinning options available.

Room is clean and functional but a bit dated. No onsite laundry.
