"Very poor"

The property is old and not well maintained . I saw a rat in the lobby . The rooms had old bedsheets , bathroom had an old bucket , towels were not clean enough. Overall not worth staying here .

"Do not book in any Fab hotel"

The Fab central services and hotel management does not have any coordination. Although booking.com mentions "no prepayment" , Fab asks for 20% advance payment immediately after you book on booking.com. If you do not pay, they threaten to give your room to others. Totally ridiculous !!
