"Very expensive hotel but basic rooms and very poor services"

The pool but unfortunately not properly maintained and attended (you have to room around the property to get towels, mats, and water).

Everything is outrageously expensive for the service you get, this is the price of a palace without services (basic room, noise from the street, no gym, no room service, no complementary afternoon tea, if you want water you have to go down the reception to get it, etc…and the food at the restaurant is very expensive, good but very ordinary, so again overpriced for what it is). I was expecting an exceptional experience since it was one of the most expensive hotel in fort Kochi.

This is simply amazing. The staff is super friendly, very motivated and just so kind. The property and garden incredible and like an oasis from the city. And then the food just so delicious. I hope to come back soon.

Staff exceptionally friendly and attentive, remembering what drunks we like etc. They also went out of their way to retrieve some clothes we left behind accidentially at our previous hotel without charging us.
