"Exceptional"

Our stay was really great. The room was much more spacious than expected, which is a big plus in Kyoto. There was a washing machine and a small kitchen, so it’s perfect for a longer stay — very convenient to handle everything on your own. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought-out. The location was also good — a calm area but still close to public transport, so it was easy to get around. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re planning to stay in Kyoto for several days or more.

The room was big but empty.

We could not stay there because of the bad air quality do to humidity damage. We wanted to leave the same night we came but the hotel did not do refunds. We asked for help for our situation since I started to get allergic reactions (I had asked for an allergic room in the booking). The staff only communicated through booking.com messages and did nothing to help our situation despite our endless requests for help (except after 3 days they brought an air spray to cover up the bad air quality). After four nights we changed to another hotel. Generally the place is not well maintained and the staff/owner didn't seem to care at all.

Das ist kein Hotel trotz seines Namens. Kein Personal, kein Handtuchwechsel, keine Bad, WC, Zimmerreinigung, kein zugesagtes Bidet, keine Abfalleimerleerung, kein persönlicher oder telefonischer Kontakt, aber unergiebiger Email-Kontakt. 8 Tage mit schmutzigen Handtüchern in schmutzigen Räumen.

"fantastic lication, clean"

Very good location to many popular tourist spots. station and bust stop are nearby.

the room is a bit smaller than I imagined from the picture. towels are provided only one set to a person, but I was afraid that they don’t dry during the autumn time, especially a big bath towels, so I couldn’t wash them.

Velký prostorný pokoj. Kvalitní postele. Dobrá lokace. V bezprostřední blízkosti kavárna na snídaně. Dobrá komunikace s hotelem. Pračka na pokoji. Možnost vaření-sporák, lednička.

Vlhkost na pokoji. Přízemní ubytování s okny do ulice s auty.

"Een schoon, comfortabel appartement op een toplocatie – zeker de moeite waard om te boeken!"

Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden: fijne bedden, goed werkende airco, wasmachine, keuken en een goede douche. Alles was super schoon, de locatie was top en het contact met de accommodatie verliep uitstekend. Het is ongeveer 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum, maar dat vonden wij juist leuk. Bovendien ligt het dichtbij de rivier, waar je heerlijk kunt genieten met wat eten en drinken.

Soms hoor je wat geluid van boven als iemand hard loopt, maar dat gebeurt niet vaak. Het is even hoorbaar, maar niet storend. Zeker geen reden om niet te boeken.

Location and quiet

Kitchen equipment is very poor. Freezer over frozen with ice. Nobody cleaned it out even after we reported it 😕 Not much space to put anything into.. The safe box is just sitting loose in the room, so anyone can just walk out with it🫣
