HOTEL THE POINT Kiyomizu Gojo

民宿位置不错，距离京阪电车地铁站走路十分钟，门口还有多路公交车可去往京都的著名景点。

公共区域和房间内的卫生状况一般，坦率地讲，从未在日本住过卫生状况如此不好的民宿，室内的餐具未清洗干净，仍有污渍留存，桌上柜子上有灰，马桶清洗的也不干净。房子虽说是在巷内，但紧邻街边，车流繁忙，十分吵闹，灰尘也大，不便开窗，室内潮湿闷热，空气十分不好。全自助式民宿，没有值班人员，与店员通过邮件交流，店员回复邮件很快，但根本无法及时解决问题。入住期间发生了一次火警警报，40多分钟之后才有工作人员和消防员到来。虽然事后检查解除了警报，无大碍。但如果真的起火后果不堪设想！火警当天京都下了一天的雨，晚上雨停了，但很凉，大家穿着睡衣在街道上等了一个多小时，没有任何经营管理者表示歉意或事后说明原因，这实在让人无法忍受。

El hotel estaba a 15 minutos en bus de la estación de Kioto y cumple con los estandares de habitacion de Japón, todo normal.

Llegamos una hora y media después del horario de check in y aun no estaba lista 1 de las 5 habitaciones. El tema de hotel sin personal hizo que no pudieramos recibir equipaje enviado, lo cual facilita la logistica en Japón. Las toallas eran muy chicas. Poca disposición a atender al cliente desde el chat..dando respuestas absurdas. Supuestamente todas las hab que resrrvamos eran de 22 m2 y cuando nos dieron una de 15m2 nos dijeron que era una cuestion de layout y no nos la cambiaron, lo cual fue una decepción porque priorizamos la definición de ese hotel por esa única razón.

The Room was spacious. Shower area was different than the toilet area and it saved a lot of time.

Beds were very light and movable they had tires in them. So not comfortable.

Good room space and the department is well equipped also the security in the building is great, access only with code

A dryer in the facility or in the room is the only issue, because there is not much sun or air in the bedroom to dry completely the clothes.

La struttura non offre servizio ristorazione. La posizione è buona.

La mancata pulizia degli ambienti comuni, la mancanza di armadi e ripostigli nella camera.
