"So great with close location of station"

The location and staff was so cute and sweet, we come after the last train to kyoto missed us, so we book on this because of the price and close to the station and clean, the women when we came to 10pm was so sweet and after we wanted to check out was so sweet too and help us to get taxi which was so great

Only when we come was there smell of smoke a little but we used perfume and it’s fine and great

In my stay in Lez Numazu hotel I was very impressed by the very friendly and kind staff there, specifically the receptionist! Looked out for my family and my friend and made sure we were safe & felt welcome :)
