スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれた。 部屋も快適に過ごす事が出来た。 朝食は、期待通り、とても種類も豊富で美味しかった。 ロケーションも良かった。

一つだけ残念だったのは、部屋の椅子に長い髪の毛が付いていたこと。（自分は短いので、ちょっと嫌だった）

チェックインするとかわいいプレゼントを選べて、次にウェルカムプレート、クローネともう1品のスイーツと選べる冷たいお飲み物と温かいお飲物で旅の疲れが癒されました。フロント、お部屋の中にはホテルのキャラクタークマぽち君のグッズがあふれるくらいにそこら中にあってまるでテーマパークにいるよう。大人でも楽しいので子供ならさぞかしと思いました。
