内装がかわいい、レトロでヨーロピアンな感じ。客室のくまのぬいぐるみにも癒されました。 朝食が美味しい、種類も豊富。パンをたくさん食べたかったけどオムレツもビーフシチューも食べたいし、スイーツも食べたいし、大変でした。 立地も便利です。夜は軽く飲める繁華街まですぐですし、三宮駅徒歩圏内なので遠征のみなさんも使いやすいと思います。

遅めにチェックインしてしまったのでウェルカムスイーツを食べ逃したのが悔しかったです。(自分のスケジューリングが甘かっただけですが)

"スイーツやクマをモチーフにした素敵なホテルでまた泊まりたい"

朝食のパンが充実していて、全体的に味も良かったです

朝食会場での流れが不明瞭で、パン用トングを持って移動する、トングを返却する、パンを温めるところにトングがないので、またトングを取りに行くなどウロウロしてしまった。また、食後に朝食券を最後に誰に渡すの？となり、スタッフの説明が少し足りないと感じた。
