"good value townhouse stay for families and couples"

our host is so professional and welcoming, the townhouse is very good value if you want to experience how the locals live. the Jacuzzi is definitely the highlight! the property is so well equipped and clean. we loved and enjoyed our stay!

"wish i lived here!"

Compared to other places you stay in Japan, this place was a palace. Beds were comfy, underfloor heating was very welcomed, staff was super helpful and always available. the location is a couple blocks from Nijo Station which connects to just about everything in Kyoto.

the property is on a very busy street and can be noisy depending on time of day.
