Kettle available but no cups. Some simple steps on how to use Air con for heating would have been great! Also, clearer info/signage for check in. Had no idea I was looking for a random door next to a restaurant tucked inside a vestibule!

The location was down an alleyway close to but away from the station. Whilst it was fine during the day, I was not comfortable walking back by myself much into the night.

The service was attrocious. There is no one on site and the telephone number provided is a recorded message in Japanese with no ability to leave a message. The wifi was so bad during my stay I ended up paying over $100 to use my own data as it was unstable and not available for long periods. The first email I sent had a response telling me to look at the poster for the wifi information, which I obviously had but it wouldn't connect, as I had told them. Subsequent emails were simply ignored.

Very close to the train station and main street. Easy unmanned check in. Quiet location near the river. In suite bathroom. Great value for a short stay, young travelers, and those who will only use it to sleep.

There were very few toiletries (no robes, razer, comb/brush). Very thin futon (No western style bed in the room we were placed in) and no curtains on the windows.

Close to railway station. Immaculately clean. Falling asleep to the sound of the river. Electronic Check in and check out instructions are easy to follow.

This was my first experience of a futon so I can’t compare to others. However, I can’t sleep on my back and I found this futon extremely thin and uncomfortable which lead to bruised ribs and hips. It was like sleeping in a tiled floor with no padding.

No reception or staff on site for this property, totally automated. Was not aware of this when making booking. Very confusing key pad entry just to access this accommodation & room. Paid over $450.00 au per night not a cup/glass for tea/coffee facilities. Very Very Sml bathroom.

Helpless, very poor service and facilities. Wifi is too weak to connect efficiently. Even no a glass or cup provides. The key panel is always malfunction. Anyway, it will never be my choice again.
