Friendly staff and considerate staff

Th room was stuffy. In booking app it did not mention that we need to check in 8pm and check out 11am everyday, eventhough i booked 5day consecutively. Good thing is the staff was considerate for our condition and allow us to stay without remove our thing

ビジネスホテルと思っていったら、完全なラブホだった。部屋に鍵がなく、一旦中に入って、コンビニや夕飯に出かけると、入るのに困った。ちゃんと表記すべきです。騙された感じです・
