清掃が綺麗。朝食も良かった。食堂が明るくて良い雰囲気。居心地の良い。 親切な案内、スタッフさんの対応が良かった。 オーストラリア人のスタッフさんで、説明を日本語で頑張ってくれました。ありがとう。

玄関とカウンターの間の段差が少し危ないです。引っ掛かりました(転倒しなかったけども)。

スタッフがフレンドリー。いろいろ気を遣ってくれました、言葉とか。朝食☕😃🌄はよかった。

設備は、難しいとは思うけど、もう少し投資してください。

昨シーズン、問い合わせをした時のhelpfulな印象から実際に訪れての印象、とても良い印象があり、また今シーズンも泊まりました。 改めて、スタッフの皆様が良い距離。 そして、リビングダイニングで各々が心地よく過ごしている。 大きなUNOやジェンガ、ピアノがあり、子どもたちはその空間がとてもお気に入り。 日本にいながら、宿のスタイルゆえか、海外に訪れたかのような感覚で滞在ができます。 色々なタイプの宿に泊まっていますが、キッズクラブがあるホテルよりも、我が子たちはTスクエアにまた泊まりたいというほどです！ 栂池高原スキー場から徒歩すぐなので、子連れでスノボやスキーをしたい私たちのような夫婦にもとてもおすすめです！
