The staff were thoughtful and proactive.

Some small improvement could be showing what the hot breakfast will be so you aren’t surprised when it comes.

Great staffs all of them especially the Japanese manager, Tom, Ned: thank you. Very clean n comfortable to stay many nights. Hot yummy BF was served daily. Location is next to bus station, gondola (5’ walk) and 3’ walk to chairlift on back road. Saved my energy carrying heavy ski equipment.

The hot tub was too hot to soak in après-ski for 3 nights I was there and too cold on other night. Too bad.

Lovely staff, simple but well appointed, thought through amenities, onsen style bath in basement was a wonderful surprise.

Spacious and comfortable room with a mix of Japanese and western styles. Attentive and friendly English-speaking staff. Good breakfast every day. Comfortable shared lounge area. Can arrange pickup and drop off from nearby train stations or bus terminal, and daily grocery runs are also available. Good onsen room, cheap laundry, and ski storage on site. Great location only a few minutes walk from the Tsugaike base area and shuttle bus connection to other resorts

Not much to complain about. The onsen bath is a bit small with space for about 3 people max. The walls were a little thin so I was occasionally disturbed by other guests slamming doors or having loud conversations in the hallway

Family room was awesome. Great dry room. Onsen available. 24 hour access to kitchenette, complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate, easy access to ski lifts and ski rental.

Communication just prior to arrival was limited.

The hotel smelled really bad and the rooms. Shared bathroom with everyone cannot go toilet any time if needed. We left the hotel and did not get a refund also what was advertised was not what it was. It’s basically a shared house and advertised not correctly.
