AB Hotel Yukuhashi

Across the street from Yukuhashi station, exceptionally clean rooms and plenty of parking.

Plenty of free parking.

So close to transport, nice staff.

Reasonable price. Very clean and comfy room.

Some of the staffs from front desk are not so accomodating…I encountered a male staff that seems like a racist…He just kept on talking to the phone and kept me waiting there for a while even if he did saw me standing infront of him from the front desk. He didn't even say good morning. It's my first time staying in the hotel and i'm not a Japanese.. He didn't even say thank you when I checked out and live the hotel…

Onsen, free breakfast, clean, friendly staff, laundry machines

Breakfast was simple and good enough. It’s right in front of the train station, 1-2min walk. The room was spacious and the onsen was small but nice.

Breakfast items would run out.

It smells like cigarette smoke downstairs. There should be an air cleaner or better sealed smoking area. The manager at checkout was very rude to me and my colleagues. He acted as if we inconvenienced him by asking to store our luggage. He was also very rude to me and a colleague after we asked to be refunded a night since we had to checkout a day early. I would have asked to speak with his manager but not sure that would do any good.
