Auberge Mermaid

Dinner and breakfast were very good. The private Osen was as expected. Staff was friendly.

The standard room was very dated and very uncomfortable. Not as pictured. Nearly impossible to get water to a comfortable temperature, the slightest cold would make it very cold but hot was too hot. Perhaps the Fuji view rooms are updated but we did not see those.

The hot spring bath was excellent and a great surprise. The view of mt Fuji is also visible from the lounge area (if the skies are clear).

Tv and talking of people in the next room is easy to hear and can be bothersome at night. No nearby shops or restaurants.

การเข้าถึงห้องพักยากมากสำหรับผู้มีกระเป๋าใหญ่ และสูงอายุ มีบันได 5 ขั้นหน้าที่พักที่ต้องยกกระเป๋าขึ้น หลังจาก check in ต้องลงบันได 5 ขั้น เดินทางราบและไปขึ้นบันไดอีก 5 ขั้นเพื่อขึ้นไปที่ห้องพัก ห้องเก่ามาก ห้องน้ำไม่มีปุ่มอัตโนมัติ ก๊อกน้ำร้อนหมุนจนเกือบหลุดออกมา ต้องรอนานมากกว่าน้ำจะอุ่น สอบถามขอย้ายห้องไปด้านวิวฟูจิ พนักงานบอกว่า มีแต่ห้องสูบบุหรี่ จึงไม่ได้ย้าย

食物超級好吃 一定要訂一泊二食，連泊食物早晚餐也會不同，很貼心。 員工都很親切可以幫忙，也會幫叫計程車。 四人一起的住宿就是榻榻米，但有個人浴池很不錯，可惜看不到富士山景，要選其他樓層才會有的樣子。

全てに良かったですが、朝夕の食事を予約したつもりが、素泊りだったのが残念、朝食は前日で予約できました。美味しい夕食が食べられなくて、残念でした。

ベッド等の高さが、低かった点。

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamer was ruim. Het eten is echt geweldig lekker!
