The staff are super kind & helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The dstv being controlled from a central point. Lack of a fan to regulate room temperatures. It was so hot.

The staff were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. We needed to do shopping and the staff gave us directions. I forgot my IPAD in the room after checking out and the manager on duty kept it safely and called meon my cellphone to inform me.

There were insufficient power outlets facilities for charging phones, shaving etc
