The room size is quite comfortable, giving enough space to relax. Although the double bed is on the smaller side, it was still adequate for my stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The restaurant serves decent food, which is reasonably priced compared to other places like Rupa’s Mall. Breakfast was decent, and the cappuccino, though extra, was good quality.

The TV signal was unstable throughout my stay, which was frustrating. There was no electric adapter available to charge my phone, so I had to buy one myself. The windows could not be opened because the window locks were broken, causing poor ventilation and a suffocating feeling from pollution coming in through the window. External noise was quite disturbing, making it hard to get peaceful sleep. The view from the hotel was disappointing. There were many mini crows around the hotel area, which felt eerie, especially for someone superstitious like me. The hot water supply was inconsistent: sometimes it was boiling hot, other times barely warm. On my first morning, the hot water cut out completely mid-shower. There was a complete power cut on my third day while I was using the toilet, leaving me in darkness with only my phone’s light. The sink was positioned very low, making it comfortable only for children and awkward for adults to use. The dining room lacked zero-calorie sweeteners, which was inconvenient. When washing my hands with the provided soap, it didn’t rinse off well and required multiple rubs with the towel to remove. After reporting the water issues, the handyman improved the water temperature temporarily, but it later became unavailable again, forcing me to use freezing cold water—especially unpleasant given Eldoret’s mountain climate.

The room was good, bed was good and very important the shower & toilet were good. The restaurant was soo good! Dinner was excellent and with breakfast the really tried to serve us early because our flight out was effort normal breakfast time. Yet they made sure we got a full breakfast. Nice!

The only thing I could remark was that there was no remote control for the TV which we were not much interested in anyway.
