The rooftop pool and view from it were excellent. Although the swimming pool itself isn't heated but the weather is so warm that it might be a good thing to jump into the pool. Only thing is that they don't provide towels for the swimming pool The Japanese Furo is a brilliant experience. It isn't available every day but only from Thursday to Sunday but you can book it for your personal use for half an hour. Anyone that stays here must book it and try it out The Japenese style toilet is an experience in itself. The room lets the place down big time but the staff were very lovely and sweet. They did store our luggage as our flight was quite late in the evening and we were able to use the hotel facilities in the meantime too so that was really useful

The room is very small and not as described in the photos online. When I complained the manager said that I need to take it up with booking.com since we booked through them while the property information is uploaded by the hotel, not booking.com's Facilities in the room are very lacking. Even though it is a studio apartment but they don't provide anything in the kitchen for a short stay which isn't mentioned on booking.com Even though the room was booked for 2 people they only had one set of towels plus the kitchen cupboards were bare. I had to argue with the manager to provide us with some cutlery and crockery We were only there for 3 nights so they would have had to clean the room twice but one of those days the staff didn't get round to our room till very late, we had gone out and been back so they wouldn't come in to clean but they did provide toiletries and freshened up the towels The bathroom is quite tiny though but is well presented. Since the bathroom is small the shower screen only goes 1/3 of the way across making the floor wet during the shower. The breakfast is quite limited as it is Alacarte and not a buffet. Not a lot of fruit with the breakfast, only a few small pieces and on the last day they only had dragon fruit as an option.
