Cockroaches in room 3 times Original.room was horrendous small.and hot had to pay for upgrade and infested with cockroaches No offer of refund or anything when informed of cockroaches and showed them

Great swimming pool, roof views and location for getting to and from other places by bus etc. Linen always clean but showing signs of wear. Great value. The food in the convenient restaurant on the roof is good quality but there are better great cafes down the road on the river-facing road too!! Staff are lovely. I have now stayed here 6 times because it’s great value and The location is great and it’s clean. The beds are also comfortable enough.

Insects are starting to make it up the pipes and so I have found a large cockroach or some ants in the bathroom but this is not unusual in South East Asia. There is usually a safe in the cupboard but I’ve been in 3 different rooms where the balcony door doesn’t lock in 6th & 7th floors - maybe not a problem though, just put valuables in the safe provided !
