Размер постельного белья не соответствует одеялу. Нет возможности регулировки отопления. Много непродуманных мелочей

28 декабря в астане было -24 мороза, в номере было очень тепло, это большой плюс. Номер большой, светлый. Очень чисто. Отзывчивыя и приятная одминистратор.

Нет минусов.

"All is well. Winter time is beutiful."

The cleanliness. All the staffs are kind and helpful.

Some payments were done manually n receipt was not given and updated. My door was knocked while i was sleeping, for misunderstanding that i have not paid for my extended one day stay.
